It will undoubtedly be the first facility of its kind in Cabo Verde. The 10-story towers will stand from Plateau on a 2-story entrance foyer, along with a 2-story podium of commercial kiosk spaces for coffee shops and other venues to complement the 5 stories on the deck below for a total of 15 stories. It will offer outstanding views of the ocean and intra-coastal waterways from each of its 15 floors. One tower will have a 200-room, 4.5-star luxury business hotel with multi-purpose conference facilities on the property. The other towers along with the other structures will boast 176 luxury condominiums and commercial spaces. Most of the key business and commercial centers in the county are located within minutes of the complex along with luxury waterfront condominiums The project has been designed with 500 subterranean parking spaces along with 100 street level parking within the complex to cater for much of the parking requirements of the tenants as well as parking requirements of the city center.
